Terms & Conditions – 20th Anniversary Redemption Voucher
- Spend a minimum of RM100 to redeem the Curve 20th Anniversary Voucher Booklet.
- Maximum of TWO (2) receipts on the same day from any outlets at the Curve except Pushcarts, Festive Booths, Bill Payment and Money Changer.
- All redemptions must be accompanied by a maximum of TWO (2) same day original receipts as proof of purchase.
- Redemptions are valid from 15 June – 31 December 2024 and while stocks last.
- Redemption is to be made at the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor, before 10pm on the same day of purchase.
- Scan the QR code at the Concierge counter and follow the Curve social media pages to redeem the voucher booklet.
- The voucher booklet is available on a first come first serve basis.
- Limited to ONE (1) redemption per shopper per day.
- The redemption is open to all excepts tenants of the Curve.

Terms & Conditions – 20th Anniversary Grand Lucky Draw Entry
- the Curve 20th Anniversary Grand Lucky Draw Contest (“contest”) is organised by the Curve Mutiara Damansara from 10.00am on 15 June 2024, and ending at 11.59pm on 30 Nov 2024 (“contest period”).
- Spend a minimum of RM500 to participate in the Curve 20th Anniversary Grand Lucky Draw.
- Maximum of TWO (2) receipts on the same day from any outlets at the Curve except Pushcarts, Festive Booths, Bill Payment and Money Changer.
- All entries must be accompanied by a maximum of TWO (2) same day original receipts as proof of purchase.
- Entries are valid from 15 June – 30 November 2024.
- Scan the QR code at the Concierge counter and follow the Curve social media pages to participate.
- the Curve 20th Anniversary Grand Lucky Draw is open to only shoppers aged 18 & above can partake (“contestants”)
- Tenants of the Curve, Boustead employees and respective immediate family members are ineligible to participate in the Campaign.

Terms & Conditions – 20th Anniversary Grand Lucky Draw Winners Selection
- The 20th Anniversary Grand Lucky Draw winners selection will be held through an online streaming via the Curve Facebook at 11.30am on 14 Dec 2024, and ending at 12.30pm on 14 Dec 2024.
- the Curve will randomly pull out a single lucky draw entry ticket from the draw box and the winner will be made publicly known on the Curves’ Facebook live online session.
- During the draw, if the same name is pulled out again, the prize will only be awarded based on the first draw. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, either in part or in full.
- All winners will be contacted by the Curve via a phone call (x1 time) during the live draw session on 14 Dec 2024 between 11.30am – 12.30pm.
- All winners will be contacted by the Curve up to a maximum of three (x3) attempts via phone or email or SMS or WhatsApp after the live draw session. the Curve will not be held liable in the event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reason.
- All winners are given a grace period up to 23 Dec 2024 to confirm details and to submit letter of acceptance for the prizes.
- All prizes must be claimed in person by the winners during the Prize Presentation Ceremony on 31st December at 8.00pm at the Curve, Mutiara Damansara. There is no option nor requirement for the Curve to post or courier or deliver prizes to winners.
- Forfeiture of Prizes: If a winner chooses not to accept a prize or fails to collect it, they forfeit any and all claims to the prize. The unclaimed prizes will be handled at the sole discretion of the Curve.
- In the event that any winner is unable to collect his/her Prize in person, winner may appoint his/her representative through submission of an authorisation letter.
- Prize Responsibility: the Curve will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the prizes. No replacements or compensation will be provided for lost or damaged prizes.
- Prize Substitution: the Curve reserves the sole right to substitute, replace, or modify the prizes with another prize of similar value without prior notice.
- Publicity : the Curve reserves the right to publish or display photographs and/or videos of winners for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes on the Curve’s official website and social media platforms to promote the contest.
- Liability: the Curve will not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, and/or liabilities arising from or in connection with any contest promoted by the Curve.
- Amendments: the Curve reserves the right to change, modify, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
