TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The ticket redemption in Mutiara X is for the Rock Zone in Suria X the Curve Countdown to 2025 Event.
2. To redeem the Rock Zone ticket, the user of Mutiara X will require 500 points in their Mutiara X account.
3. This redemption is open to all Malaysian citizens above 13 years old residing in Malaysia only.
4. One rock zone voucher is valid for two person entry only.
5. User is allowed to redeemed more than one ticket in the Mutiara X app.
6. Redeemed tickets are valid on the event period on 31 December 2024 only.
7. Mutiara X users must adhere to the mechanism of the ticket redemption as may be changed, amended, notified or communicated by the organizer.
8. Redemption period for Rock Zone ticket is valid from 1 December – 31 December 2024.
9. Countdown to 2025, Suria X the Curve tickets redeemed in Mutiara X are strictly non-transferable to another party and cannot be exchanged or re-sold in any manner whatsoever for any other item, prize or cash.
10. The participants must adhere to those terms and conditions set out on the ticket in Mutiara X, pass or voucher and the rules and regulations of the venue thereof; and the venue, date and time of the event/programme may be changed at any time at the absolute discretion of the Organiser, event promoter and/or sponsor.
11. Mutiara X reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the ticket in Mutiara X at any time.
12. By participating, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information for administration and communication purposes.
13. Boustead Properties Berhad reserves the right to reject and/or remove any entries that are incorrect, incomplete, suspicious, invalid or do not meet these Terms & Conditions.
14. Mutiara X and its employees, its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, directors, officers, agents, independent contractors, and advisors (collectively referred to as “Boustead Properties Berhad”) are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: Any condition caused by events beyond the control of Boustead Properties Berhad that may cause the redemption to be disrupted or corrupted.
15. By submitting an Entry in the redemption, participants agree to grant Boustead Properties Berhad, its employees and Boustead Properties Berhad’s Affiliates the use of his/her name, photo, details submitted through the Redemption website, likeness, biographical data and statements for any purposes, including, without limitation, advertising, marketing, communication, trade, or promotion, in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
16. In case of any dispute, Boustead Properties Berhad reserves the right to make the final decision.
17. The terms and conditions herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the redemption. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and any other languages’ version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail at all times.
